Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining case files using cloud-based legal software [Salesforce/Litify]
- Client communications regarding case updates, coordinating treatment, and further steps in the process
- Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and 3rd party vendors
- Requesting medical records and bills
- Prepare and handle all exhibits for demand stage
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing competing priorities.
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
