Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and friendly bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating exceptional drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean, organized bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes or creating custom drinks as requested.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests. Engage with customers, offer drink recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean and always organized, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly.
- Handle Cash and Transactions: Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and make accurate change.
- Monitor Guest Consumption: Responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring guests do not over-consume.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Assist with ordering and restocking liquor, garnishes, and supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Engage with Customers: Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging in conversations and maintaining a positive attitude.
