Store Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the site
- Maintain site to company's expectations
- Interview, hire, coach and train employees
- Oversee the training of all employees
- Use leadership skills to build and maintain a team
- Writing, receiving and stocking orders for site
- Inventory management
- Follow, train and enforce the company's policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Must have previous retail management experience
- Ability to be on call for staffing issues and emergencies
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Able to stand, bend and kneel continuously throughout shift
- Able to lift/carry up to 49lbs
Salary : $36,000 - $50,000
