Center Independent Oil Stores or Sweet Pea's is currently hiring a Floating Manager! The ideal candidate should have previous c-store management experience, food-service experience and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Floating Manager responsibilities include:
- Travel to several sites for training in food-service, beer/wine, and car washes
- Oversee a site in absence of Store Manager
- Maintain site to company's expectations
- Learn to interview, hire, coach and discipline employees
- Learn to oversee the training of all employees
- Use leadership skills to build and maintain a team
- Writing, receiving and stocking orders at different sites
- Inventory Management
- Adhere to, train and enforce the company’s policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Previous retail management experience
- Previous food service experience is beneficial
- Previous beer and wine experience a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to be on call for staffing issues and emergencies
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 49lbs
- Must be able to stand, bend and kneel continuously throughout an 8-10 hour shift
