What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part or Full Time Retail Associate position at Sweet Repeats Children's Consignment?
- Looking for Part-time help and full time help @ Sweet Repeats Children's Consignment Boutique. We are small local business with a great reputation of selling quality recycled kids clothing and toys in bright clean atmosphere. Must be self motivated, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service. Must have 2 years or more of relevant work history/ references in retail. Sweet Repeats is a fun and fast paced store! Please be able to be on your feet for most of the day and lift heavy bags.
- Some Weekend availability needed
- 24- 32 hours, full shifts 9:30 - 5:15.
We are looking for:
-previous retail experience
-knowledge of children's Clothing and equipment
-positive and friendly attitude and able to interact and socialize with others easily
-desire to help a small businesses grow and desire to be a sales person
-ability to be on your feet for 8 hours and day and at times lift heavy objects.
-Must have references of previous employers and a long work history is preferable.
-reliability a must
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions and managing cash accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and product pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and promote store promotions effectively.
