Job Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible team member to join our crew as our primary axe-throwing supervisor! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and would enjoy becoming an expert axe-thrower on the job, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude

-Ensure all customers are wearing close-toed shoes and have signed a waiver.

-Give a brief safety training before each axe-throwing session.

-Supervise axe throwing in our seven lanes. Ensure the highest level of safety and fun at all times, teach throwers games, keep an eye on sessions, and thank customers for coming in when their session is over.

-Help hang new axe-throwing targets, mark them using our stencil, clean up wood chips if lanes ever get too many, occasionally sharpen axes to the point that they will stick in targets but not be too sharp.

-Take payments through our POS if customers have not paid online prior.

- Work as a team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and cleanliness

Qualifications:

✅ Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Ability to handle confrontation and enforce rules, especially with rowdy guests

✅ If you are hired, you will be expected to finish the WATL Basic Supervisor Training (don't worry, it's simple and we provide it) and First Aid training.
