Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Scoop and serve ice cream while maintaining portion control and presentation standards
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
-Follow recipes, including measuring, mixing, and freezing ingredients
- Keep the shop clean and organized, including sanitizing equipment, workstations, and the Tiny Town (kids' indoor play place)
- Restock inventory and ingredients as needed
- Work as a team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and cleanliness

Qualifications:
✅ Friendly and outgoing personality
✅ Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required!

✅ If you are hired, you will be expected to finish the WATL Basic Supervisor Training (don't worry, it's simple and we provide it) and obtain an Arizona Food Handler's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
