Project Designer (Architecture)
Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors (SSAI) is a growing and dynamic design firm headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. We are seeking a Project Designer to be an integral part of our team.
Classification: Full-time, salaried.
Summary: The Project Designer performs design and drawing production for architectural projects.
Job Duties:
Produce architectural aspects of design documentation for construction projects. Work assignments include, but are not limited to:
· Code and zoning research
· Schematic design studies
· Design development and construction drawing completion
· Materials and precedent research
· Model studies – digital and physical
· Assistance with design proposals and marketing graphics
· Project consultant correspondence
· Construction administration management
· Attend project and owner meetings as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
· Professional Degree in Architecture
· Experience in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office
· Proficiency in 3D visualization software (Lumion, Enscape, Sketchup, Rhino) and Adobe Suite a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management
