What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist position at Sweet Talkers Speech Therapy, LLC?

Sweet Talkers is seeking full time or part time Speech Language Pathologists to work in a variety of settings such as: clinic, home, daycare in the Charleston area. It’s a very fun and energetic environment working with a variety of disabilities ages birth-18 years. Experience is preferred, but we will consider new graduates and "new to pediatrics" candidates. CFY's are also encouraged to apply. Sweet Talkers offers a competitive compensation package. This position allows the therapist to maintain a very flexible schedule.

Experience with autism is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat children with language, communication, social and feeding delays
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Educate parents
  • Participate in continuing education on topics related to pediatrics

Requirements * Graduate or Mastersdegree in related field

  • South Carolina License
  • Previous experience working with children with diverse needs
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • A desire to challenge his/her skills for excellent patient outcome
