Sweet Water Decor is a growing online retailer seeking an excellent Business Analyst to join our team! You will be able to dive into all areas of Sweet Water Decor to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring best strategies are in place using thorough analysis.

Who We Are
Sweet Water Decor is an online retailer created in 2014 by Pittsburgh native and candle enthusiast Melissa Horvath.
After offering an assortment of home decor and gifts, Sweet Water Decor quickly became known for its Pittsburgh-made candles after introducing them in 2017. In 2024, we hit our 2 millionth candle sold.
What started as a business built out of Melissa’s basement is now defined by milestones we’re so grateful to have achieved. In 2018, we were named one of Amazon’s Woman Owned Businesses to watch. In 2022 we launched our first candle collection in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation to raise funds for local Pittsburgh nonprofits. This success was followed by the launch of our 2023 collection.
The home of our candle production, shipping, and office teams are located in one unified space to encourage a workplace of collaboration, quality, and care for our dedicated 35 team members.
