The Brand Manager, Marketing will play an integral role in shaping the future of sweetgreen by serving as a key stakeholder in integrated brand communications strategy and execution. This position will leverage their proven track record to lead and support breakthrough brand communications campaigns including go-to-market launch strategies, media planning, guest engagement promotions, and brand experiences and innovations. The role will also play a part in menu innovation and channel strategy to build the sweetgreen brand. As the Brand Manager, Marketing, you will :
- Lead brand campaigns from idea development to execution with unwavering obsession with consumer and culture to deliver breakthrough strategies and disruptive creative briefs, ensuring flawless experience across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external partners, including experiential, PR, social, digital, media, and tech teams to execute the successful launch of brand campaigns.
- Lead external agency across both creative and integrated comms strategy & planning.
- Shape brand strategy and product innovation, driving impact and measuring success against established KPIs.
- Drive decision-making through a spirit of business ownership contributing a clear financial understanding of the business.
- Assess the continuous evolution of the competitive landscape, consumer insights, new societal trends, and culture.
- Work closely with social leads, media agency and creative partners to improve and future proof creative development strategies.
