Both roles will work on site at our new Hub opening in Winston-Salem NC. Assisting as we prepare to expand our operations.
As a Car Coordinator you will be assisting in our daily operations by supporting our locations with inventory control, lot maintenance, and organization of resources.
Alternatively, our Car Lot Porters assist in our daily lot operations by performing truck inspections, maintaining safety, along with organization of vehicles for our inbound and outbound drivers.
Duties:
- Inventory Control
- Conduct daily lot scans which consist of walking the entire lot scanning all cars in inventory to ensure that they are reflected properly in the system and tracked based on time on lot (Dwell).
- Check in vehicles delivered by AutoPilots, car haulers, and other parties
- Track issue and return of license plates, safety vests, and any other necessary equipment
- Office and Lot Maintenance
- Inspect lot daily for any debris or potential hazards
- Maintain vehicle organization for efficient use of space
- Maintain clean office space and organize storage of supplies and equipment
- Staging Cars for Drivers
- Line up cars for AutoPilots and Car Haulers.
- Distribute/Collect all keys and paperwork to/from drivers when picking up/dropping off vehicles.
- Guarding Assets (Keys & Vehicles)
- Maintain an organized storage system for all keys and vehicle documentation.
- Inspect Vehicles for Damage
- Assisting/Directing Car Haulers when Loading and Unloading per Schedule
- Maintaining car hauler appointments with the hub spreadsheet.
- Staging vehicles when haulers are loading, and parking vehicles for haulers as they come off the trailer.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license that has been maintained for the past 5 years and a clean driving record (DMV record will be checked)
- Physically able to navigate in large parking lots in addition to ascending and descending stairs
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Standing and walking for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Must wear safety vest at all times on company and customer property
- Must be able to inspect all aspects of vehicles driven for damages/VINS, which involves bending, kneeling and stooping on occasion
- Self Motivated and Self Disciplined
- Need to be well organized and detailed oriented with upholding a strong leadership mentality to drive results
- Familiarity with office equipment and strong computer skills
Compensation:
- $17 - $18 per hour, based on assigned role and qualifications, with Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week, 8 Hour shifts.
