Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Sanitate surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
• Launder linens, towels, and other textiles as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.
• Assist with custodial tasks such as waste disposal and inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Cook simple meals when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness before and after meal preparation.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established protocols and schedules.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $11.31 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
