Job Overview
Sweetwater Pools seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Cleaner. This is a 5-day per week position requiring 30-50 hours of work each week.
No prior experience is necessary, but candidates without experience must be able to learn and complete training within two weeks with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular maintenance duties to our customers, providing consistent, high-quality service.
- Drive a company vehicle to residential clients and work directly with homeowners to assist with their backyard swimming pool needs.
- Maintain client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service.
Position Details:
- Pay Range: $15-$20 per hour (Equivalent to $700-$950 per week with overtime)
- Weekly Bonus: Up to $3.00 per hour worked
- Payment Schedule: Paid every Friday
- Overtime Availability: Yes
- Clock-in Time: 7am
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday (Saturdays are optional, Sundays are always off)
