Morganton Management is a boutique Multi-Family Property Management Company. We are looking to hire an Experienced Professional Painter to join our team at Addison Ridge Apartments! The ideal candidate will be an experienced painter, with the necessary tools and equipment needed to complete the assignments.
APPLY TODAY! The new hire will be responsible for painting vacant apartments, exterior buildings and other areas within the community.
Responsibilities :
- Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster).Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
- Apply varnish and other finishes. Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
- Must have your own transportation (REQUIRED).
