What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian Event Setup Assistant position at Sweetwater Sound?

This is a Custodian Event Setup Assistant position working 5 days a week on 1st shift 6am -3pm Monday-Friday, if you are interested, please apply below!
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other public areas.
- Assisting the 1st shift supervisor with setups around our 1,000,000 sq ft campus.
- Move tables, chairs, and other equipment into event spaces, in addition to removing equipment after events with a final cleaning as well.
- Weekly tasks will include running a floor scrubber and other cleaning machinery around our campus.
- Some light facilities maintenance tasks may be occasionally required (simple repairs using hand tools).
- Other special projects and tasks will be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and work in a fast paced environment
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Experience with light facilities tasks (i.e. minor repairs using hand tools, paint touch ups, etc.) is a plus but not required
