What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Support Coordinator - Music Technology position at Sweetwater Sound?
Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire a Tech Support Coordinator to add to our growing Tech Support team. This position will involve material handling as well as administrative tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with Tech Support agents to facilitate outbound customized shipments to customers; shipments where products are opened and specified components, accessories or parts are pulled from product, and packed to ship to customers
- Various administrative tasks, including oversight of multiple email inboxes, database management, and case management
- Resolving customer software registration/installation issues via phone and email
- Processing store stock into inventory for resale
Requirements:
- Ability to lift items up to 75 lbs. continuously, as well as repeated product movement and product un-packing and packing
- Ability to multi task
- Basic Mac computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- An understanding of Pro Audio gear
