Job Requirements
Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire a Tech Support Coordinator to add to our growing Tech Support team. This position will involve material handling as well as administrative tasks.
Responsibilities will include :
- Working with Tech Support agents to facilitate outbound customized shipments to customers; shipments where products are opened and specified components, accessories or parts are pulled from product, and packed to ship to customers
- Various administrative tasks, including oversight of multiple email inboxes, database management, and case management
- Resolving customer software registration / installation issues via phone and email
- Processing store stock into inventory for resale
