We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Receive and process orders via email, in person, phones and our online storefront.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records for easy access.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing.
- Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
