Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic law office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various areas of law, including real estate, estate planning, and business law. This role requires excellent client commuication skills, as well as attention to detail. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients to provide legal advice, prepare documents, and represent clients in real estate matters.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to estate planning, business law and real estate matters.
- Represent clients in real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
- Provide legal administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case status.
- Stay current on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ cases.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association is required.
- Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred, however, newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply. Training is available for the right candidate.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities along with strong communication skills.
