Warranty Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This position requires a strong understanding of warranty processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims submitted by customers and dealers.
• Verify the validity of claims by assessing documentation and service history.
• Communicate with customers, service departments, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, and denials in the database.
• Prepare reports on warranty claims for management review.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business is a plus.
• Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate claim processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
