We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract/Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales contracts, preparing invoices, and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Processing: Review and process vehicle sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and service.
- Customer Accounts: Maintain accurate customer accounts, including tracking payments, resolving billing issues, and processing refunds.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain all contract and billing documents.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to sales contracts and billing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding contracts and billing.
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Automotive Accounting and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., boxes of documents).
