We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract / Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales contracts, preparing invoices, and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Contract Processing : Review and process vehicle sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
Invoice Preparation : Prepare accurate and timely invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and service.
Customer Accounts : Maintain accurate customer accounts, including tracking payments, resolving billing issues, and processing refunds.
Document Management : Organize and maintain all contract and billing documents.
Compliance : Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to sales contracts and billing.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding contracts and billing.
Qualifications :
Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Automotive Accounting and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
Skills :
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., boxes of documents).
