As the Shop Foreman , you will oversee the daily operations of the service department. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for inventory management, equipment maintenance, and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of automotive service technicians
- Assign work orders and monitor technician performance
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and customer information
- Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies
- Inspect and maintain service equipment
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Other duties as assigned
