Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Support Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training new team members, and ensuring the efficient and accurate scheduling of service appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Service Support Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Appointment Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling process, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality control measures.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex scheduling issues and customer concerns, escalating as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize scheduling processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Data Analysis: Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train new team members on scheduling procedures, customer service skills, and dealership systems.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Service Support Specialist or similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, use a computer keyboard and mouse.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must have good manual dexterity.
- Must have good visual acuity.
