Position Responsibilities:
· Answering questions and helping clients complete the application process
· Filing
· Accuracy of all reports and paperwork
· Phone work – bank calls, client reminder calls, and collection calls
· Provide exceptional client service at all times
Position Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Proficient operation of computer to include MS Word and Excel
· Previous industry experience a plus
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information
· Some travel to various banks
