We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Barista / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support in a relaxed environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while promoting our brand.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections and product inquiries.
- This role only requires limited POS system use as most members prepay. POS Process experience is preferred but not required.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting daily specials and upselling additional products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the food industry.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- A passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
