Job Summary:

Essential Functions
- 2nd 2:30p - 11p with some overtime and weeks
- Prepare surface for painting by cleaning, grinding, sanding, and smoothing
- Handle, mix, and apply paint finishes in a safe, efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint shop
- Maintaining equipment and tools, including cleaning and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely manner according to drawings and work orders
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
Team Work and Positive Attitude is very important!!
Qualifications
- Tool knowledge
- Knowledge of basic tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and work orders
- Metal paint prep experience
- Experience mixing and handling paint finishes
- Experience preparing metal surface for painting by cleaning, grinding, sanding, and smoothing
- Must be able to pass a respiratory test
