Job Title: Appointment Setter / Lead Handler (Remote)

- Swift Painting LLC ($18/hr)

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Type: Part-Time and up to Full-Time (Fully Remote / Work from home position)

Hourly pay is $18 per hour at 4-5 hours per day. (15-20 hours per week commisions for number of appointments demoed)

What You’ll Do:

Schedule Appointments: Connect with potential clients via phone, email, or text to book appointments for our sales team.

Maintain Client Database: Keep track of appointments, client details, and follow-up schedules in our system.

Communicate Clearly: Answer basic inquiries about our services, process, and pricing, and relay any special requests to the team.

Follow Up: Ensure clients are reminded of upcoming appointments and follow up post-service to gather feedback.

Answer Questions: Give clients helpful information and advice concerning their painting needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to manage your time efficiently and multitask.

Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus!

Basic computer skills for updating databases and scheduling.

Enthusiastic and willing to learn about the painting industry.
