A day in the life
As an Executive Operating Partner, you will work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff to execute on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.
One of your main goals is to significantly reduce CEO involvement in operational tasks. You will be responsible for improving internal communications, managing KPI reporting, and helping to manage government grants, consultants, and service providers. On a typical day, you might do some techno-economic analysis and put together plots to support fundraising, update and present KPIs, shadow the CEO in several meetings, write a quarterly report for a grant, run a project meeting, and jump in to help fight whatever fires are burning hottest.
Expect to pick up new responsibilities frequently. In this dynamic hands-on role, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple functions, shadow / brainstorm / problem-solve with the CEO and leadership team, and learn the ins and outs of running a venture-backed deeptech startup.
