Director Of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to join our DME company in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, with strong leadership skills and experience in driving sales growth. You will be responsible for expanding the product line, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring efficient, profitable daily operations. This is a key leadership role with a competitive salary of $150k-$250k, depending on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Product Line Expansion : Identify & launch new DME products.
• Vendor Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and product availability.
• Contract Negotiation : Negotiate favorable terms for contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Credentials & Billing : Ensure that we have the right credentials and billing codes to maximize profitability.
• Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality control measures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Order Fulfillment : Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Customer Service : Nurture strong customer relationships through personalized service and effective communication.
• Team Building : Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team capable of driving business growth.
• Profitability : Drive revenue growth and optimize expenses to maximize profitability.
