- Provide Level 3 desktop support for internal and external users.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Support and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and optimize system performance.
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff as needed.
