A women's fashion boutique in Monroe is looking for a responsible and self-motivated Sales Lady to join their team part-time. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales skills, an eye for fashion, and the ability to manage store operations independently. This role requires flexibility for 20 hours per week, with availability twice weekly until 6 pm.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, providing fashion advice as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, ensuring inventory is well-managed.
- Achieve sales goals and actively engage in upselling to meet store targets.
- Oversee inventory and stock levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Independently manage the store operations and lead team members effectively.
