What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position at Swift Staffing?
Accounts Receivable Clerk needed for our security client in Baltimore City. The Accounts Receivables Clerk will handle invoicing, collections and deposits. Contract to hire position. The non-negotiable pay rate is $22.75 per hour.
Essential Duties :
- Verify discrepancies and resolving any billing or delivery issues.
- Prepare invoices and bill for services.
- Generating and preparing bank deposits.
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue amount.
- Collect payments on past due bills.
- Maintain and update our accounts receivable contact database.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
Qualifications :
