Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of illness.
- Provide emergency medical care as needed, particularly in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures and other specialized treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy.
- Proficient in infection control practices and emergency medicine protocols.
- Experience with botulinum toxin treatment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical examinations effectively.
- Familiarity with inpatient care procedures and standards.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
