A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a EpicCare Inpatient Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Certified by Epic in EpicCare Inpatient – Clinical Documentation including Secure Chat & Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health apps
- Epic implementation or operations support experience
- Health IT experience
- Familiarity with Epic tools: Clinical Case Management, Rover, MyChart Bedside, Behavioral Health, and Epic Monitor
- Knowledge of clinical workflows
- Knowledge of the unique clinical & regulatory requirements for behavioral health settings and how these interact with other departments/service areas
- Knowledge of typical billing workflows
- Working knowledge in application development and system integration
- Thorough knowledge of assigned data and the use of its systems via developing through test plans/scenarios
- Skilled in enterprise systems and familiarity with best business practices related to systems
- Working knowledge of security protocols for systems utilized
- Working knowledge of the current architecture of systems and information to troubleshoot problems
- Working knowledge of the business functions and system needs of unit to develop working specifications for software application solutions
- Ability to manage timelines, financial resources, and the activities of others to achieve success and to monitor project progress and provide updates
- Experience in the entire development process including specification, workflow analysis, workflow diagrams, data modeling, documentation, and quality
- Coordinate and direct computer systems and application design and development
- Experience in assessing user needs through discussion with customer
- Able to convey technical information to client and promote understanding of relevant issues
- Software quality assurance/testing experience
