In line with the SWIFT and Technology platform strategy, and approved budgets, to provide leadership and direction for design and delivery of our Service and infrastructure observability strategy.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic leader with vision , ready to join the Technology Platform leadership group, to build and enhance Service Observability capabilities across our technology landscape, driven by a well-defined, scalable architecture, effective tools and technologies, as well as strong skills and resources.

With increasing complexity of our platforms and service portfolio, observability and real-time insights in infrastructure and applications are crucial to ensure seamless operations, fast impact assessment and service recovery. This requires significant investments in enhancing our observability solutions.
We want to provide real-time insights into our complex technology stack, enabling proactive issue detection and impact assessment. In addition, we want to enable machine learning and AI to detect, prevent, self-heal and recover fast through automation, if failures occur.
What to Expect :
- To lead the Service and Infrastructure Observability initiative (global virtual team), and to materialize our ambition explained above. This requires a vision with stakeholder buy-in, a roadmap across tools, processes, people, skills, and mindset.
- To be accountable for the Service Observability outcomes, lead a transversal team with vision, co-create and deliver with buy-in and collaboration.
- To justify, secure and manage required investments in the initiative, do what it takes to have all stakeholders onboard, and keeping all up to date on where we stand.
- To be a Role-model our corporate values and leadership behaviors in managing people and setting them to be successful.
