This pivotal role involves not only recruiting families and staff to optimize both enrollment and staffing levels but also ensuring a vibrant and nurturing learning atmosphere.As the Program Director, you will serve as a representative of the program, showcasing professionalism and positivity while managing daily operations. You will be instrumental in guiding the teaching staff to effectively deliver lessons, develop lesson plans, and employ assessment tools such as the COR Advantage Assessment tool.
