An AM200 firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Senior Attorney to join their prestigious Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Estate Planning Expert: Advise and draft comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth clients with taxable estates, utilizing advanced estate planning techniques such as GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, and IDGTs.
- Client Management Leader: Take charge of direct client relationships, guiding clients through multi-generational wealth transfers and sophisticated estate planning strategies.
- Post-Mortem Administration & Tax Specialist: Oversee post-mortem administration and ensure accurate preparation and review of tax filings (Forms 706, 709, 1041).
- Collaborative Professional: Work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional client service in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 5 years of experience in estate planning for taxable estates, including managing multi-generational wealth transfers.
- Florida Bar Membership: Must be a current member of the Florida Bar.
- Tax & Administration Proficiency: Strong background in post-mortem administration and tax return preparation/review.
- Client-Focused Communication: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and collaborate with colleagues.
