About the Role
Our client is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney for a Partner or Of Counsel position in their highly-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. This role is focused on succession planning and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage direct client relationships and provide expert advice on estate planning.
- Draft and plan for clients with taxable estates.
- Utilize complex estate planning tools, including:
- GST-exempt trusts
- GRATs
- SLATs
- IDGTs
- Other complex estate planning instruments
- Provide post-mortem administration services.
- Prepare and review tax returns, including:
- Forms 706
- Forms 709
- Forms 1041
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trust & Estates law.
- Proven experience in business development, with a target of approximately $250,000.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
- Commitment to providing high-quality client services.
- Florida Bar admission required.
