As the Training & Ops Specialist you will work closely with the Operations and Training teams to support our franchise owners / operators to be knowledgeable of Swig’s tried-and true processes and operating best practices. How You’ll Make an Impact :
- Monitor in-store execution of training programs, rollouts, and operational initiatives.
- Observe and evaluate how training content is applied in real-world settings to assess its effectiveness and alignment with desired outcomes.
- Identify gaps in knowledge, skills, or application and communicate findings to the training team.
- Understand Company Initiatives : Collaborate with leadership and key departments (e.g., marketing, operations, HR) to gain a deep understanding of the goals and objectives behind new company initiatives, whether it's a product launch, a new service, or an operational change.
- Take detailed notes during store visits, focusing on strengths, challenges, and areas for immediate improvement.
- Collect feedback from store employees and managers regarding the clarity, relevance, and usability of training materials.
- Compile comprehensive reports summarizing observations and provide actionable recommendations to the training team.
- Collaborate with the training team to refine content based on in-store feedback and operational needs.
- Propose solutions for improving content delivery and rollout strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training materials remain relevant and impactful.
- Act as a liaison between stores and the training team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Build positive relationships with store teams to foster an open and productive feedback loop.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to align training efforts with broader business strategies.
