How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Act as day-to-day tactical and consultative partner to Swig leadership teams to support employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Educate, coach, and advise leadership on people management, workforce planning, and employee development opportunities
- Build productive and trusting relationships with operations team to strategize, design, and execute engagement and culture initiatives using data-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with the L&D team to identify training needs, create training content, and educate employees and management as needed
- Leverage data to make informed recommendations for improving HR initiatives
- Assist in building a scalable and consistent employee experience through procedures, policies, communication, and training
What you’ll bring to the role
- 4 years experience in HR, preferably in a progress consultative or Business Partner role
- Experience working with senior management and team members alike, preferably in a distributed workforce
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Knowledgeable of HR laws, guidelines, regulations and policies, with the ability to interpret and apply
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues ethically and with integrity
