Client Relations Coordinator in Jacksonville Beach, FL

This role is based in Jacksonville Beach and is 100% in-office.
Position Summary:
The Client Relations Coordinator is an administrative role which provides support to managers, staff and clients by handling a variety of tasks. The responsibilities include maintaining office premises (supplies, inventory and office equipment). Successful candidates should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Greet clients.
- Manages office supply and kitchen inventory. Oversees vendor management for building maintenance & repairs, office equipment, etc. Ensures office equipment is in good working order.
- Manages department supplies (i.e. W2/1099 supplies).
- Maintain Administrative Procedures Manual. Standardizes and periodically reviews procedures, forms, files, etc.; Review annual processes with departments and coordinates with CSM team (1099/W2); Maintains various checklists to ensure compliance (bookkeeping, compilations & tax).
- Proforma/Receiving projects.
- Perform receptionist duties, including a multi-line phone system.
- May be asked to run errands (post office, etc.) using personal vehicle.
- Other duties may be assigned.
This position is a direct report to the Client Service Operations Manager.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of High school diploma, Associates degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
- Three (3) years of administrative experience; preferably in a CPA firm.
- Strong organization skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with new technology.
- Ability to follow instructions, and read, write, and communicate clearly and concisely in English.
- Ability to exercise judgment and confidentiality.
- Ability to deal effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships with firm staff and clients.
