Oversee and review the accurate collection of subcontractor prequalification materials, including financial, safety, and other related documents
Job Description:
Job Requirements and Duties:
- Responsible for subcontractor prequalification process and systems
- Lead review of subcontractor prequalification submission for completeness and accuracy and enter data into subcontractor prequalification system
- Follow up with Swinerton business units for missing subcontractor prequalification data
- Lead routine standard investigations into subcontractor’s financial information to verify it is fairly reported to Swinerton
- Lead subcontractors and/or Swinerton business units with system troubleshooting and questions
- Evaluate and maintain subcontractor prequalification status
- Execute ad-hoc subcontractor prequalification requests
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills/Experience:
- 1-3 years of accounting-related experience
- Four-year business/accounting degree is a plus, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with CMiC accounting and project software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of GAAP principles and accounting procedures
- Proficient in use of Excel and related applications
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills, including professional telephone manner
- Reliable, dependable, and flexible
- Good interpersonal skills
