The Wholesale Account Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of our wholesale dealer network by expanding to new territories, assisting our existing dealer base with new products and programs, and supporting dealers with questions. The dynamic individual for this role will have previous sales experience, preferably wholesale sales, must be a responsible self-starter, have the ability to make good solid judgments amid difficult situations, and have effective communication skills. In conclusion, the ideal candidate will be driven to pursue new dealers while maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality service.
Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with customer and dealer inquiries through phone and email. Attend shows and dealer locations periodically.
- Generate and provide sales quotes for both new and existing customers.
- Review and assess dealer playset designs.
- Engage in dealer visits to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
- Participate in and lead dealer trainings and product education regularly
- Manage and process warranty claims efficiently.
- Maintain and update the dealer database regularly.
- Identify and troubleshoot order-related issues, offering effective solutions.
- Recommend improvements and identify growth opportunities.
- Complete additional job-related projects as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer-facing sales or account management role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Ability to work independently; possess a competitive drive
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate work instructions
- Proficient in the regular use of CRM and Office365 software
- Open to traveling up to 33% of the base schedule, as required
- Hybrid/Remote Work Opens Available after 6 months of employment
- Office environment with standard climate control.
- Requires occasional stooping, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods for shows.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds for shows and dealer visit.
- Adequate manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer work and documentation.
- Normal range of hearing and clear speaking abilities for effective communication.
