What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff):
- Become a Playground Pro: Identify and connect with potential commercial customers (think schools, parks, resorts, and more) to understand their needs and introduce them to the magic of Swing Kingdom.
- Relationship Builder: Forge lasting relationships with clients through phone, email, and online meetings, becoming their trusted advisor for all things playground related.
- Solution Architect: Use your product knowledge to design customized playset solutions that meet client budgets and create unforgettable play experiences.
- Sales Champion: Crush your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, driving growth and making a real impact on our business.
- Team Player: Collaborate with sales, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Industry Innovator: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and competitor offerings, constantly seeking ways to improve our sales strategies.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally with commercial products (construction, outdoor equipment, or recreational products are a plus!). Playset or playground equipment experience? Even better!
- Stellar communication skills – you can explain technical details in a way that everyone understands.
- A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term relationships.
- The ability to think outside the sandbox and create customized solutions.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the commercial sales cycle (working with institutions, schools, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Office 365 Suite, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently and drive results.

Location: During the first 6 months, being in the office in Leola, PA will be required to work with your teammates and this role transitions to a hybrid model afterward. The physical requirements are standard for an office/sales environment, including some light lifting and occasional outdoor work.
