The role:  

The Assistant General Manager of Food and Beverage is a hands-on role ensuring the seamless operation of the Swingers beverage program and food partnerships.  The F&B AGM is directly responsible for overseeing the Bar Manager as a direct report, as well as acting as a liaison and main point of contact for all food vendors. The F&B AGM assists the General Manager by leading and implementing workflow procedures based on the direction from the General Manager.  They oversee all floor activities related to service and entertainment on any assigned shift acting in the capacity of either a Manager on Duty or Lead Manager. With an overriding focus on team and guest experience the AGM balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and enhanced emotional intelligence.  

Our perfect candidate has:  

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in high impact, multi-faceted hospitality environments with significant volume and high standards of performance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in beverage program development and management
• Non-Gaming Sherrif’s Card
• SNHD Health Card
• TAM Card
• Excellent communication at all levels 
• Strong leadership ability 
• Strong financial acumen 
• The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time 
• The experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team 
• The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously 
• Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment 
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays

*The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
