The role:
The Office Administrator provides administrative support to the General Manager and venue management team. They will handle clerical duties across various departments, as well as organize to help ensure operational success of the venue.
Our perfect candidate has:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Organizational and planning skills
- A sharp eye for detail
- Personal maturity to deal with confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
