The role:
The Coordinator is responsible for managing all administrative tasks within the company's People Team, including but not limited to Systems, Benefits, Recruitment, Workers’ Compensation & Safety, Learning & Development, and Compliance. This role works closely with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day People functions at Swingers.
