Swingtech is currently looking to fill Lead Financial Analyst role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage assigned tasks, ensuring successful performance and completion.
- Utilize project management techniques, including risk management, planning, and communication, to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical accounting expertise and hands-on experience to resolve complex financial reporting, audit, budget execution, payroll, and financial analysis issues.
- Prepare and deliver staff guidance, technical instructions, and status reports.
- Research and apply federal financial management standards relevant to the assigned tasks.
- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and submitted on time.
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least ten years of federal accounting and financial management experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a lead capacity for the respective task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated technical accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve financial management issues effectively.
- Business-related four-year degree: B.S. or B.A. in Accounting is desired.
